The Collection
Velvet Noir A decadent, forest-inspired indulgence. Dark Rum is shaken with Mozart chocolate liqueur, Chambord, and a touch of Amaretto. Served with a heavy cream float and a rich cherry chocolate ganache rim. It’s the ultimate liquid dessert.
First Blush Delicate, floral, and bright. This sophisticated sour features Little Lon ‘Miss Yoko’ Gin and Elderflower liqueur, balanced with tart grapefruit juice and a silky foam. Finished with a romantic heart-shaped raspberry dusting.
The Midnight Bramble Moody and spiced. A deep blend of Little Lon ‘Proudfoot’ Gin, lemon, and Chambord muddled with fresh blackberries. Served over a heart-shaped blackberry ice cube with a scorched cinnamon stick for a lingering, aromatic finish.
Lover’s Illusion Theatrical and magical. A vibrant mix of Little Lon ‘Dutchy’ Gin, Limoncello, and pineapple. This cocktail is finished with a theatrical layer of Butterfly Pea flower, creating a colour-shifting potion that evolves as you sip.
